I love payday, but who doesn't?

I finally got paid! Woo Hoo! I am not making as much as I would like too, but ANYTHING is better than nothing and definitely better than minimum wage. I am making $8.00 and hour now and $8.75 once I am certified. I take my certification test next Friday. I was a little let down once I found out that the pay period is a week behind so I only got paid for one week. Next week will be my big check. I had 37.5 hours on my first check! That is a lot! 24 hours a week at Brookshire's was hell but 37.5 at my new job is great. This means that I will have 75 hours on my next check! woo hoo! No more being broke! :)

I experienced my first not so good day of work today. Not only am I feeling a little sick, thanks to Dylan, but I also had some not so great issues with co-workers. Oh well though, it happens. I just hope tomorrow is better. I can't complain though. Almost everyone, CNA's, RN's, Head Staff, Kitchen Staff, Laundry, Therapy, and Housekeeping, are phenomenal to work with. I have never been around such a diverse group of people that are willing to help within every department. It is great and veryyyy helpful.

I made dinner tonight, and I didn't know that mom was going to be almost an hour late so I had dinner ready for a while. It was very good. Afterwards me and mom made cupcake/brownies. Those were even better.
